Ghanaian-born American, Yunus Musah of La Liga team Valencia CF is the 13th best player born in 2002 according to a study by Goal.com in their Next Generation of Stars.
The 17-year-old England youth star left the Gunners behind in the summer of 2019 and is now a regular starter for the Spanish giants in La Liga
A product of Arsenal’s academy system, Yunus Musah decided to leave north London for Valencia in the summer of 2019 and though the Spanish outfit continues to spiral downwards, the form of their midfielder has given cause for hope at Mestalla.
Musah has long been touted as a potential star ever since he was noted as being a “classic phenomenon” when growing up in Italy, with his versatility meaning he is just as adept at playing through the middle as he is wide on the right side.
Despite having represented England at youth level, he has since committed to the United States after putting in two eye-catching displays for Gregg Berhalter’s side following his first call-up in November.
The youngster is still eligible to play for the Black Stars in the future when he decides to switch his nationality for the second time to play for the West African nation.
