Ghanaian referee, Abdul Karim Abdul Ganiu awarded an outrageous and hard-to-believe spot-kick against Accra Lions on Saturday in the Ghana Division One League.
Just on the stroke of half time, Joseph Addo Tetteh scored a pile driver from 35 yards out to give the visitors before the break.
After the break, a long searching ball was sent into the area of the away team and out of nothing, the center referee awarded one of the most dubious penalty ever in the world to the home team who scored from the spot to level matters.
Few minutes later, Rauf Salifu scored what seemed to be a clean and a perfect goal for the visitors but surprisingly the referee disallowed the goal to keep the score at 1-1.
Despite a frustrating afternoon, the visitors managed to pick a point at the end of the match.
