Black Stars coach C.K Akonnor has named a 32-man home based squad to begin preparation for next month’s Africa Cup of Nations double header qualifiers against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe.

2.Umar Bashiru – Karela United
It is shcoking not to see his name in the list. Karela United are on top of the league due to the goals of Diawisie Taylor but it is also down to the midfield genius of Bashiru who has been so crucial for the side this season.
