Asante Kotoko have parted ways with striker William Opoku Mensah after the expiration of his one-year contract.
The Management of the Club kicked against the decision to renew the player’s contract which expired last month.
Opoku Mensah, 25, joined the Porcupine Warriors as a free agent but failed to shine at the club and has been told by the club to find a new team.
Meanwhile, the Kumasi-based outfit on Friday announced they have mutually terminated the contract of midfielder Muniru Sulley who joined the club barely three months ago.
Muniru only played 190 minutes at Kotoko in five games. He started only one out of the five matches.
