Ghana Black Stars ‘B’ Coach Maxwell Konadu has rubbished fears that Ghana’s 2018 CHAN qualifier match against Burkina Faso on August 11 at Stade du 4-Août in Ouagadougou will be a difficult.
The Black Stars defeated the Hawks of Togo by 2-1 in a friendly in Lome on July 8.

The former Asante Kotoko trainer believes the home based players have what it takes to do the magic in Ouagadougou come next month.
Speaking to Accra based Starr FM Konadu said “I think with the way preparation has started we just hope we get the best out of these boys to do magic in Burkina Faso. We are just calling for your support and your prayers”.
Countries have been grouped in five zones – West A, West B, Central Zone, Central East and Southern.
Kenya, who fight for qualification from Central East Zone, are hosts of the next championship and thus automatically qualify for the biennial showpiece contested by players based in their home country leagues.
Maxwell Konadu’s side have so far played eight friendly matches without defeat and have banged in 24 goals and conceded only 6. Two of the games were against the national teams A of Benin and The Gambia respectively but Coach Konadu is confident of a win.
