Ghana international Christian Atsu has vowed to do everything within his means to help his new side, Al Raed in the upcoming season.
The former Chelsea winger completed the move to the Saudi Arabian side following his exit from Premier League outfit, Newcastle United. Atsu penned a two-year deal with Al Raed, which will see him play for the club until 2023, with the player becoming the second Ghanaian to move to Saudi Arabia this summer after Afriyie Acquah’s move to Al-Banti last month.
The former Porto prodigy took to his Twitter page to express his delight after his confirmation while also outlining his desire to help the Arabian club.
As-salamu alaykum to all @alraedclub fans!
I thank the president of @alraedclub Mr. Fahd Al-Mutawa and everyone involved at the club.
