French right-back of Ghanaian descent, Alexander Djiku has been call-up by Ghana for the first time by new head coach CK Akonnor.
The 26-year-old right-back was invited by the Black Stars coach ahead of next months friendly against Mali.
Djiku played for Bastia B between 2012–2016 where he managed 46 appearances and played 45 times for the first team and scored once between 2014-17.
The Ghana International moved to Caen between 2017–2019 with a goal in 59 matches before he switched to RSC Strasbourg in 2019.
